As our commitment to your complete satisfaction, we offer a 10 day return policy. You may return any jewelry item purchased from us for a prompt refund provided that we receive the item in original condition together with all original* documents within 10 days of delivery. 

       We strive to deliver product that exceeds your expectations, but if for any reason you wish to return an item, we want the return process to be convenient and secure as possible. Please follow these steps to
return a package:

       Call or e-mail customer service to obtain a RAC code[return authorization code] for your order. Print the return form and fill it out
completely. Please write your RAC code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the page to be clearly visible in order to be accepted by our receiving staff.

       Send your item(s) with security tag attached, original packing materials, return form and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS,FedEx,USPS) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write jewelry or any other jewelry related words on the outside of the package.

 Address the shipping label as follows:

        After verifying the authenticity of the merchandise by our  quality assurance department, we will refund for the amount of the item minus the shipping in the original form of payment. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.

       *We will not accept any item for return that has been abused, damaged, worked out by another jeweler or if the security tag has been removed.   Non insured parcels will not be acceptable.
